Just to get things rolling round here:

Who do you guys think should play Romana if she ever comes back in new!Who? Personally I'm thinking Anna Freil.

My ultimate fantasy casting is Emily Blunt . She is young (like Matt Smith), but has gravitas and has... oh, let's call it The Romana Factor. Unfortunately, she's already getting ahead in in the movie world, so...

Actually...looking at the pictures I can see it. She's got something that just fits doesn't she?

She's pretty much who I picture when I think Romana III.

I don't know current British actors well enough to have an opinion beyond saying that they must, please, bring Romana back! And at the very beginning, I would love to see her played by Lala Ward. It could be a great bridge into a regeneration and exploration of what she's done all these years. Plus "older" Romana and "younger" Doctor would be fun.

Thats very true :D I think an older Romana and a younger Doctor would be a fantastic dynamic.
